OT and IT segregation
The boundaries around operational networks are not open to negotiation. The productive question is usually which side of the boundary a given body of knowledge should sit on, rather than how the two might be bridged.

Document currency as a primary signal
The currency of each document is displayed in the interface, so that staff can see whether a procedure has been superseded without needing to make a separate enquiry.
